Lloyds bank have introduced a 5 year fixed rate mortgage at 4.24% with no product arrangement fees, Over a 30 year term the payments are fixed for 5 years at £737 per month. Payments will revert to the standard variable rate at the end of the 5 year fixed rate deal.
